Parking is free and convenient. Patrons are asked to car share where possible.
Priority parking for blue badge holders is allocated nearest to the arena for disabled customers. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
Coach parking is available at Church Lodge Car Park.

Accessible toilets are provided at the main block of temporary toilets and at the picnic area for Gold Circle tickets holders.
Disabled guests may access the site from 5.30pm via the VIP & Hospitality Entrance.
Guide and Registered support dogs are welcome.
There are no steps to access the event site. Please be aware that Ashton Court is a country park, and so appropriate footwear is advisable
On concert days there will be sound checks within the hours of 2pm – 5pm.

There are a limited number of Gold Circle reserved seats at the front of the arena, offering fabulous views of the stage. The Gold Circle area is enclosed by picket fencing allowing enough space for Gold Circle ticket holders to picnic on the grass inside the enclosure.
Patrons in the Gold Circle are asked not to use umbrellas as this does block the view for other patrons in the rows behind. In the case of inclement weather all Gold Circle guests will be given free rain macs.
No concessions/discounts/family tickets are available for Gold Circle seats.

Buying tickets for Carers/Companions: Ticket holders are entitled to one free ticket for an essential carer/companion to accompany them to the concert. Customers wishing to purchase a ticket for a disabled person and a complimentary carer/companion ticket should call the box office on 0871 231 0832. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds
We are unable to take back tickets for resale. Please take care of tickets as duplicates cannot be issued.
Inevitably, bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a concert is started but later abandoned.
Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the promoter and as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due concert date. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Tickets purchased by phone/internet will be sent out within 2 weeks of your ticket purchase. If tickets have not arrived after this time please call the box office on 0871 231 0832.
After 9am on 2nd July 2010 any tickets bought via phone/internet are to be collected from the on site box office on the day of the event from 5.00pm on each of the event days.
After 9am on the day of a concert, any remaining tickets will be for sale on site only at Ashton Court. (Please note it will not be possible at this time to book by phone)
A selection of quality food and drink will be available to purchase at the concert.
Seating is not provided except in the Gold Circle enclosure. Please bring your own folding chairs and picnic rugs. Out of courtesy to your fellow concertgoers, only low picnic tables are allowed.
For reasons of safety naked flames (ie. barbecues, candles, lanterns) are not allowed.
Gazebos and tents are not permitted.
Flash photography, videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.
Ticket holders consent to photography that may be used for promotional purposes.
